He specializes in commercial law and lability law, including in serving merger and acquisition transactions as well as transformations. He has gained rich experience in serving corporate clients of the Law Firm, both from the private and public sectors. Owing to this, he can understand business processes that occur in enterprises of our clients. He is particularly interested in intellectual property law and in new technologies, having extended his knowledge in this area during practical post-graduate studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He gained professional experience during internships in state administration authorities and when serving in NGO’s authorities, including public interest organizations. Tomasz is a graduate of Postgraduate Management Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as Executive MBA studies at Collegium Humanum - Warsaw School of Management (Apsley Business School in London accreditation). He has worked at Jedliński, Bierecki and Partners Law Firm since 2011 and is presently responsible for coordinating the work of the Law Firm’s branches.
