The founder of Jedliński and Partners Law Firm, an expert in the general areas of civil law and cooperative law. His wide experience was used many a time by the Seym of the Polish Republic, which designated him to work on numerous bill, including the Act on Credit Unions and personal bankruptcy laws.
For many years, Professor Jedliński was connected with the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk, first as a student and next as its lecturer. He was conferred the title of doctor of legal sciences by the University. His post-doctoral thesis on the membership in credit unions was defended at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. His work was recognised by the President of the Republic of Poland, who awarded him the Cross of Merit, and the World Union of Home Army Soldiers, who recommended him to the ProPatria and ProMemoria award.
