Trainee Legal Adviser at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk.
He has worked with the law firm since 2018. He has experience in litigation and enforcement proceedings, with a particular focus on the enforcement of claims both in the business-to-consumer relationship and between businesses. He also has extensive experience in handling inheritance and bankruptcy cases as well as knowledge of railroad law. An important part of his professional activity is a comprehensive service related to the establishment and operation of non-governmental organizations and participation in M&A projects, including due diligence.
Particularly interested in business law in its broadest sense, civil law with a focus on contract law, as well as criminal law in the area of cybercrime.
