Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk. He was entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk. Specializes in civil law in its broadest sense, with particular emphasis on family law, insurance law and business contracts. He has a special interest in administrative law, in particular in topics concerning the principles of organization and operation of state administrative bodies.
While working in Tri-City law firms and the legal department of one of Poland's largest insurance companies he gained the professional experience. In addition, he worked as an assistant judge at the District Court in Gdańsk, which allows him to directly understand the methodologies of the judicial system. He gained practical skills in negotiating and drafting business contracts in the structures of a company involved in the arms industry. He has extensive litigation experience related to the representation of legal and natural persons in court disputes.
