PhD in Law in the field of public procurement law, entered in the list of legal advisors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk. Author of numerous scientific publications on economic law. Assistant professor at the WSB University in Gdańsk.
Specializes in public procurement law (sector procurement evaluator from the list of the President of the Public Procurement Office), construction law and property investment law as well as commercial litigation law. Has many years of experience in representing entrepreneurs before the National Appeal Chamber.
He has been advising Polish and foreign enterprises for over 20 years. He gained his practical knowledge, among other things, by providing legal services to public energy companies and private municipal companies. He has broad experience in due diligence processes and M&A transactions. Is a member of supervisory boards of energy, construction and service industry companies. He provided legal assistance in M&A transactions concerning, among others, the acquisition of shares in wind farms, the merger of companies from the Energa S.A. group, the merger of key electricity suppliers. Also has broad experience in providing services to shipyard companies. He speaks English and Russian.
