Kinga Strychalska graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, in 2012. In 2013-2015, she served her legal internship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Torun. She gained her experience while working for law firms in Torun and the TriCity.
In her professional practice she handles cases in civil law, commercial law and business law. She draws up and negotiates commercial contracts and represents clients in litigations before common courts, including cases related to CHF-denominated loan agreements. She was responsible for conducting audits and implementing Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) in numerous organizations. She is a graduate of postgraduate studies in the field of Data Protection Inspector - legal, psychological and technical aspects of data management in an organization.
In our Law Firm, Kinga Strychalska is responsible for liability law, including but not limited to consumer contracts, collecting debts in mediation and by handling cases in court as well as seeking claims in tort.
