Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. In 2018-2020 he served his legal adviser training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk, in 2021 he was entered in the list of legal advisers.
Since 2015 he has been associated with the Law Firm Jedliński, Bierecki i Wspólnicy sp.k.
He specialises in contract law, both in business-to-consumer relations and business-to-business contracts, and intellectual property law. Furthermore he provides day-to-day corporate services to business entities.
Has extensive experience in legal support of M&A transactions, including due diligence of the transaction subject, both on the seller's and the buyer's side.
