Dr Martyna Jedlińska graduated from law studies with honors in 2011 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Administration and Business in Gdynia. In 2016, she obtained a doctorate in law, defending with honors at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury, then published doctoral dissertation entitled "The Social Cooperative in Polish law. Civil Law Issues. " Since 2016, he has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk. She specializes in issues related to Polish private law, in particular the law of obligations and parts of general civil law, as well as cooperative law. The scope of interests of Dr. Martyna Jedlińska also includes the subject of investment funds. She complements her professional practice with scientific work, is the author of a number of scientific publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals in the field of civil law and investment funds, as well as the author and co-author of books. Moreover, he actively participates in economic life by performing functions in the bodies of commercial companies.
