Aleksandra Brodecka, a doctor of legal sciences and a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdansk. Since its start, her scientific career has focused on commercial law in its broad sense. In 2010-2015, she was a lecturer at the Department of Commercial Law and International Private Law, at present the Institute of Legal Analyses in Warsaw. She has written and co-written numerous scientific papers, including Prawo ubezpieczeń gospodarczych, Prawo o kontraktach w ubezpieczeniach, Europa sędziów, Europa urzędników, Europa przedsiębiorców, and other. Her expertise is in problems related to economic legal analysis, commercial arbitration and insurance law.
